Multi Enum Fields Broken in Edit View After 7.12.8 to 7.14.6 Upgrade

Hi everyone!

Upgraded from SuiteCRM 7.12.8 to 7.14.6 and multi enum fields aren’t displaying correctly in edit view.

Already tried Quick Repair & Rebuild and cache clearing.

Has anyone else hit this issue with 7.14.6? Any specific template files or configs that need manual fixes after this upgrade?

If you have correct file permissions, then check the log files for errors or browser console.
