MS Word problem

Hi,

I got this problem:

I created a document in MS Word, and save it directly on a customer account in suitecrm system.
Another person in our company want to edit this document from his computer and open this from MS word, and save it back again automaticly.

Is it possible???

You can save the original doc as a document, then the other person can download that and edit it and re upload it as a document revision (subpanel in the documents module) this will make that updated document the default document on the main record and allows you to keep track of who has made what edits and when :slight_smile:
