Hi, I’ve updated my meeting statuses to include No Show, in order to track the times groups don’t show up to the meetings that have been planned. I’ve noticed when I don’t use a status of held, they don’t move into the history subpanel. I’d like them to move to history even though they haven’t been held so they don’t look like planned meetings.
I tried creating a workflow, but the options were limitted and the only thing I could find that worked if it I used a workflow to modify the status to held, but that defeats what I’m trying to accomplish.
Any help is appreciated!
There are 3 status:
- Held = Closed=History
- Planned = open
- Not held - Closed=History
What’s wrong with not held for your purposes? You could add an additional field for “not held reason” which could include “no show”. That’s what I’d suggest.
