Modules are not deploying after upgrade

Hi

I am not a developer. After I upgraded suite crm to 7.8.1 or 7.7.9, when I deploy the package its not getting deployed. I dont see any error. the page is only showing its being deployed. I also installed another fresh instance having same issue. Then I installed Sugar CE and it was working fine. Can someone help what can be error? I checked with my network guy also for the permission and he said everything is same as it was.

Not all packages that are compatible with Sugar are compatible with Suite. However if it is uploading successfully then this should be an issue. Have you check the Module Builder to make sure you dont have to deploy them first?
