Modules and Module field not displaying in Report module

Dear Experts,

I have upgraded SuiteCRM from 7.1.4 to 7.7.5 (patch by patch).

Now when I’m going to create new report in report module,It is not displaying module list and field list in FIELDS and CONDITION tab and also not option to create chart.

I’ve attached screenshots below for more information.
