Hello
I am new to suitecrm and my skills are limited.
I have have uploaded the extension WYSIWYG and when I attempted to install, I receive the error message below. I have spent several hours checking permissions and ownership. Covering, hopefully, all the basics. But now I am at a loss and have decided to ask those that are in the know before I throw in the towel.
I also tried to delete the upload, but that doesn’t work. My plan was just to compete a fresh install. So, I am completely stuck. Any advice, hopefully not too technical, would be gratefully received.
