Module that is installed shows that is uninstalled

Version 7.10.11
Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)

Have a module that it shows that is uninstalled on the Module loader but is installed and running, I need to move it to the installed section so I can uninstall properly.

when I open the php error on the ini file I get the following warnings on the module loader section on top

is that a custom module downloaded from some site? if it is, is compatible with current SuiteCRM?

the module is the eVolpe_Mautic_CRM_3.9.94

its is downloaded from sougar outfiters

I assume it is, the previous version stays loaded but the newer doesnt
