I too am having an issue with Google Maps - I am getting similar error. When I open the map, it starts to show all the leads, then quickly goes to the error screen saying that:
Sorry! Something went wrong.
Not technical so please let me know how to possibly fix this up in simple terms
Also not getting anywhere with the Cron Job - I typed in the URL as per what it is showing in Admin under the maps and get this response back.
/usr/local/cpanel/bin/jailshell: https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/geocode/json?sensor=false: No such file or director
Is this correct?
And you put the URL in the browser it gets this error:

Got the Google Maps working ok on the Leads page which has customer details but still having issues with the Maps section of SuiteCRM. The map starts to load, appears, then goes to the error page.
The java console has this error - whatever that means.
