Module Loader & Upgrade Error

Hi,

Two things

  1. I am trying to upload simple chat module via module uploader. However everytime I try it goes to a blank page. I am paying for the hosted version with SuiteCRM therefore I dont know how to get into the Instance file to change the required lines. (as per previous posts I have seen on the issue)

  2. I want to upgrade it using the upgrade wizard. but it won’t let me upload the zipped 7.4 file or the zipped 7.4 upgrade file.

Any ideas?
