Module Loader is not working in version 8.6.1

We have developed modules changes over installed local environment for demo purpose now we have setup another environment and need to move these changes, what we did is:

  1. From Studio, “Export Customization” and choose the Modules with changes.
  2. File generated successfully.
  3. Import file at “Module Loaded” and install it.
  4. From Admin tools, Run “Repair” Quick Repair and Build.

Then what we found imported is only changes in Layout Views, no Fields were created at Module or at Database.

Can anyone please support in this simple migration requirements needs or identify what is missing.
