why it is show 404 when click on publish button

I am on mod rewrite apache, my folder path is /sys/public when I do the following .htaccess in the /sys/ folder I am getting a blank page. <IfModule mod_rewrite.c> RewriteEngine on RewriteRule ^$ /sys/public/ [L] </IfModule>

Try to setup the CRM inside the correct server environment and things will work smoothly.

I created a new folder, without the above redirection, still getting the 404 error for the publish and export function.

anyone know what is happening?

It really all points to the server environment and configuration.

Just a few ideas to check:

• Does your setup fit the compatibility? Compatibility Matrix :: SuiteCRM Documentation
• Did you setup your webserver accordingly? Downloading & Installing :: SuiteCRM Documentation
• Did you do the initial installation within the subdomain that you are currently running the CRM under? And the installation check page was happy with the environment?

If you can answer this all with a clear yes, you’d need to go into debugging.

• What do the log files say?
• How do your GraphQL responses look like in the browser dev console?

If you can’t answer everything with a yes, it will be much faster to start from scratch with a compatible environment. Otherwise, you might find many more issues down the road.
