Modul Builder Undifiened

hey, i am new be for use suitecrm. i am use suitecrm 7.11.3

i want to add new module from module builder administrator. before, i am use windows. i am ready to try following tutorial for add new module but after i am finished. the module get pop up with “undifined”

i dont know why. mmm can i have solve with the problem ? thank you

Can you verify you have compatible Version of SuiteCRM and PHP?
Also, verify if you have any error logs in sutiecrm.log file or in apache error log
