I am testing out the new theme, but am having difficulties.
Once I changed to the new theme, the css files do not seem to be completely included.
Investigating the source, I noticed that the file starts with <link rel=“stylesheet” type=“text/css” media=“all” href=" - not the expected <doctype=HTML> as on my test site.
Any idea why the include is not being included?
Permissions, incomplete upgrade, caching issues, Quick Repair & Rebuild required, ensure SuiteR theme is enabled and set as default in Admin -> Themes and is also set for your user in your user preferences.

I have overwritten the production site with the files from the test site and all seems to have come back together.
Out of curiosity, is it possible to use the existing DB to perform a clean install of the latest version?
I.E delete the existing site, keeping the DB and install a new 7.2 version and connect to the old DB?
