Messed up with module builder

Hi, today I tried to create a new module using the module studio. whan I tried to use I forgot to repair and rebuild and when I opened any client I get an error…I suposed that the module wasn’t correctly builded and deleted it and THEN I executed the repair tool. The result is that I have the module working on contacts, but I haven’t in the Module builder.

How can I delete completely the module and start over again?

The left-overs should be in one of these directories

custom/modules
custom/Extension

Please make full backups before trying any deletions there.

Do a Quick Repair and Rebuild after any changes.
