We are in final testing phase of our migration from Goldmine to Suite CRM.
One of my colleagues just pointed out to me that when you merge two contact records together it does not associate the email address of the contact record that is deleted with the remaining contact record that was updated.
I know you can enable the “Duplicate Merge” option on the “email1” field but this only allows you to pick which email will be retained (not keep both as is desired).
Am I missing some trick to get the desired behaviour? Is there somewhere to extend the contact merging functionality to re-link the email address of the other contact before it is deleted?
Any help would be very much appreciated.
