Meeting Creation from subpanel opportunities FATAL error

Hi,

I upgraded from 7.3.1 to 7.6.1. When I create a meeting from Opportunities subpanel I have this error: Query Failed: INSERT INTO opportunities_cstm (id_c ,jjwg_maps_lng_c ,jjwg_maps_address_c ,jjwg_maps_lat_c ) VALUES (‘f413919e-2f23-90d9-f519-573c44920e7b’ ,0 ,’’ ,0 ): MySQL error 1062: Duplicate entry ‘f413919e-2f23-90d9-f519-573c44920e7b’ for key ‘PRIMARY’

But I have no record in opportunities .

Can you check in your Database if you really have no records there?

Hi thanks for your feedback. We solved the problem. The problem happened because we hadn’t parent id field in edit view.
It’s quite strange, but in this way we solved the problem.
