Mass updating multiple targets or leads for tasks & activities

Hi, I’m new to SuiteCRM and to CRM’s in general and I have a question. Is there a way to log calls, create tasks and so on, for multiple targets & leads at once? For instance, if I want to set a task to email 20 targets on a certain day without having to do it one by one. Or log a call for 20 contacts at the same time etc, is that possible? This would greatly improve my productivity so all help is greatly appreciated.

Hi, welcome to the Community! :tada:

The only actions that you can apply to mulitple records are…

  1. From List views, select a few items and use the batch action menu. But you won’t find actions to “create a call” or “create a task”

  2. From “All records” Workflows, but take care to restrict these with conditions.

Hi PGR, thanks for the insights. I think I’ll be able to get that done with workflows as you say. I’ll just have to get used to using conditions. Cheers!
