Mass update permission for non-admin users

I edited the role permissions for a specific role, so “mass update” for accounts is marked as “all”.

However, the users assigned to this role (regular users) are still not able to mass-update.

What am I missing?

Please provide your SuiteCRM version, you need to set Edit permission to “All” too, remember that. Plus, just in case, run a Repair Roles.
