Mass Update - Add fields

Hello,
I am trying to add a field to the mass update panel in the case module. I tried selecting the field from studio and checking the box “mass update” but the field still does not appear. Any suggestions?

In the cases module, I have tried to make the ‘status’ field mass updateable. I went into studio and checked the box to enable this feature on the field however, the field still does not appear in the mass update panel.

The status field is a dynamic dropdown, I assume that this is the reason why it does not work

Yes, looks like my post was duplicated twice (tried posting in different forum sections, didn’t realize it needed moderator approval first).
Need a mod to remove the other posts.
