How should i mass update contact’s fields using excel import by matching the Email field?
I’m using external email software for my email campaigns. so i export the bounce and unsubscribe contacts from the tool and need to update those contact’s fields in Suitecrm with the respective status. How do i do that? When i select "Create new records and update existing records " fields while importing it is removing the contacts with the “Email field” matched.
