Is there any possibility to manage marketing campaign and email sending via basic modules of SuiteCRM?

Hi

How can i select, which outgoing emails from admin and email modules are used as campaign mails.
For exemply: I want only one person from my company to use campaing/marketing modul and only this person emails should be visible in outgoing emails.

This is the setting in the outbound email account for the email campaign in the the campaign module. When you create an email you can select who it comes from.
