I’ve completed the setup and it seems many lables are missing. Even in the Administration area. I’ve check the permissions and they seem fine. Any help we can get would be great.

That normally is caused by permissions. They would have to be set correctly at the time of the installation, not just afterwards.
Sometimes permissions are tricky to get right. Can you give us some details about your system?
Which user owns the files? Which user does your web server run under? What exact commands did you use to set permissions?
Of course, if you haven’t tried it yet, start by going into Admin and doing a Quick Repair and Rebuild.
