Hi guys there is a way to do a manual upgrade i have limitation with my hosting provider

Not sure how they solved it. But if you have problems running the upgrade on your server, I’ll recomend you to download a copy of your files and DB to your local server or computer and run the upgrade locally.
Once your upgrade is fine, you can migrate the upgraded site to your hosting.
The advantage of this method is that your main installation won’t be affected in case something goes wrong. All is done in a controlled environment.
The disadvantage is the time to it will require to backup en restore the system.

thanks for that. I did the localhost way and it worked very well indeed so thanks for that. in fact it went very fast!!!
