Manipulate the displayed result from related fields, not from the POPUP

Hello everyone. I have a question.
You can manipulate the results that a relationship field displays when you start typing.
Manipular_lista_campo_relacionado
picture as example
To show only the data I need and not bring it all.

PHP: 5.6.36
Windows Server 2012 R2
Version 7.10.5
Sugar version: 6.5.25

Do a search for SQS. That should yield imformation about it.

Finish by modifying the following php file “QuickSearch.php” located at:
\modules\Home…
From what I apparently analyze in that file, the Query that is made to Base is made.
I don’t think it’s the right thing to do, but it works for me
