Managing emails in SuiteCRM 8.5.0... and other files

Hi everyone,
I open this thread as I often have questions about this subject : what have to be kept and what can be removed in SuiteCRM.

Emails : after that emails have been imported in SuiteCRM, if they are removed from the mailbox, the mail are kept in SuiteCRM ? The mailbox can be emptied after import in the database then ?

Files : in general, what are the folders and files than can be “cleaned” (or have to be cleaned) without any issue in SuiteCRM ?

Logs : sometimes logs file can be big. Are these files have to be kept in SuiteCRM or not ? Example : prod.deprecations.log and prod.log…

Temp folder : ?

Cache folder : ?

Upload folder for emails : a big one…

In general, what are the good behavior to keep SuiteCRM working correctly and fast ? When I see the size of the SuiteCRM Folder after a while, I have to ask this question :slight_smile:
