Making a call list

Hi there, im new to SuiteCRM and i think its great.

what I have done is imported a CSV of “contacts” into the DB which is fine, but we need our guys to call through them and once they have made a call and updated a note they would then not appear on the list anymore

At the moment we are just using the list of contacts and going through them but this is not working out too well as nobody knows whos called who etc. I am sure there would be a better way around this.

There are many ways you could handle this. You could create a workflow to set a status on the contact or modify the module search and search for contacts who do not have notes data yet(you can add search fields to a module via Admin -> Studio).

Thank you for this, I have found workflow and when i create it and save the conditions vanish ?
