Actually, I’d second this and go a step further:
Make install & upgrade procedure fail safe.
It seems like, SuiteCRM is quite a capable software and many of the threads here in the forms are not about SuiteCRM, but rather about server environment / server setup / shared hosting / permission / no SSH issues.
Maybe in order to improve the initial ‘appearance’ of SuiteCRMs reliability when looking in the forums, it might be a good idea to split up the forum categories:
One dedicated to server / installation & upgrade / tech issues
and the rest of the categories.
