Make a mass entry of NEWLY logged calls?

Hi - I was hoping to find a way to log calls (new calls that were never scheduled before) to a group of LEAD or CONTACT records all at the same time.

I am aware of the MASS update function; however, I do not see a way where I can make a new logged call entry and then add that call entry to a group of records at once. I’m hoping there is a solution.

Hi,
There is no direct way to do it. Mass Update is something else. If you want to save the call logs for different Contacts, you have to add a Separate Call Log entry for each of the Contact.
So no direct way.
Yet if you know coding, then you can do it in minutes.

Maybe you can also achieve what you want with a “all records” workflow, then narrowing it down with some conditions.
