Hi will,

I want to make the modules Leads,Accounts as main menu. Now it is in sub menu.

In ‘admin->Configure Module Menu Filters’ i created menu with name leads and drop leads module inside it.

Now it is like lead->lead.is it possible to bring lead in root menu.

What you are asking for is not supported by simply using the module menu filters, you will need to write a little php to get this to work as you want.
