mails module not working

Hi
after configured inbound and outbound mail setting then mail modile and suitcrm site is not opening.

when i try ro open then apache port of xampp has automaticaly changed like 49588, when i restart apache then suitcrm site is working but
mail module not working again.

so plz help if any body know about this error.
