we have the problem, that email that are send, arrive in text only (without any attachements.)
In general the upload of documents is working.
The log shows the following Error:

Our SuiteCRM installation is running on a window server.
Upload Folder is seperate (not in document root)
We are running Suite CRM 7.11.8 but we had the problem on our older versions as well.
I checked the error message “Wed Sep 4 14:25:35 2019 [4400][e96eea6b-c2c6-c1ca-54eb-5b8e6bc99ab7][FATAL] SugarPHPMailer encountered an error: Could not access file: upload/8875281e-5b6c-4d93-e399-5d6fad9c5458” and its seems that upload folder not allowed the CRM to read the files.
Please check the upload folder permissions and try again.
