how to?
Is there a plugin for suitecrm, or is there some functionality that I’ve missed? (can see where to write emails are composed but can’t see any way to select i.e. all people in this account)
I see there is a plugin for msword for sugarcrm, but can’t find where you download this. Does this work in suitecrm? Does anyone know where to download it? Does it cost?

Edit: tell a lie, can see email templates with selection criteria, just need this for paper based correspondence.
Is there even a way to export a report to a csv file?
For anyone else struggling to get their head around how this works -
I found a plugin from izertis over on sugaroutfitters.com with a link to a free download for their basic mail merge reports from github which seems to be doing the trick. The documentation says its compatible with SuiteCRM 7.1.3 but appears to be working with 7.2.2 (so far!). Working in as far as it is outputting data from reports and search views into a word document, it’s really ugly but I haven’t worked through the templating yet.
