Mail accounts are not functioning

As explained, after my installation last weekend, I have a problem with my Mail accounts. I’m running on Mac OS X 10.6.

Problem is as follows:

  • I put in all usual details and press “Test” and receive the message “Connection successful”
  • When I return to the mail page I don’t see any mail.

I’ve checked my mail server and I can’t find a connection request in any log. Please advise because this is one of the major input sources for my installation. I’ve added the php.ini file, if any other file is needed please get in contact.

Did you try entering all correct details and without testing simply click save?

Is this in Admin -> Email Settings, or within the users personal mailbox?

I’ve tried this method. I even tried to put my google-mail account in but still no mail.

I’ve access to my mail servers log, and I can’t see any instance in the log that the SuiteCRM environment has checked in for mail.
