Using our CRM over the past week, worked perfectly fine and now I have lost all module access and admin dropdown. I am a Admin and non of the other admins can do anything either.
As per the images, anyone any idea how to fix this. Fortunately the CRM isn’t fully in use yet ut I really don’t want this happening when it is.
What is the URL showing in your browser when you see that page?
Your web server is probably still not correctly configured
You should never see “public” in your URLs, if you do, check web root and mod_rewrite configs
It was just the URL to the CRM i.e. crm.mydomain.co.uk/#/home
in the end I had to restore it but no idea why this happened
I think it happened with me too when we had error in the code or something.
You can do Quick Repair & Rebuild and clear browser cache.
I’ve seen this as well on a pretty standard installation without any code changes but probably a lot of testing / back and forth etc.
Repair & Rebuild, browser cache and I believe I’ve re-installed a language package to get it working again.
