If you want some experienced SuiteCRM developers, I personally recommend Upwork, there are lots of high quality SuiteCRM experts.
I’m not advertising, I live in Sydney and had similar requirements like you one year ago.
Finally I finished it by hiring some programmers through the Internet.

Did you find someone local or they were all overseas? We have to integrate about 3 CMS and systems together so there’s lots of details that we would have to share, hence are looking to get someone in-house.
