Installed suiteCRM on AMPPS, everything works great except the logo will not up load. I checked and I am using the required parameters for the PNG/JPG file, but the little wheel just spins. I even waited 30 minutes. Left on over night and still spins. Trust me, its not updating. 
Any suggestions where to look for resolution?
