Logo not showing after upgrade to 7.14.6 (PHP 8.2)

I’ve successfully upgraded SuiteCRM from 7.12.8 to 7.14.6 and the system is working fine overall.
However, I noticed that the logo is missing on some pages after the upgrade.

  • SuiteCRM version: 7.14.6
  • Upgraded from: 7.12.8
  • PHP version: 8.2

Has anyone else faced this issue? Any guidance on how to fix the missing logo would be appreciated.

Few tips:

  • check your file permission
  • hard reload & clear cache on the browser
  • check the default theme in the config.php

I am on windows, which file permissions do I need to check.
