Hallo,
i can not login to my suitecrm anymore. When i login i see the in the main-frame the login page again,. i have deleted everything in the cache folder and i do not see anything in the log file that is different as in the last few month. does anybody know this problem?

there are people in this forum who’d love to help you, and who have deep knowledge of Suite.
But, like any free help forum, the quality of what is entered will determine the quality of the help obtained.
Forum readers are busy people -who do not get paid for helping - so it is important to make it as easy as possible to understand your situation.
In nearly every case - no matter what your situation, the following information types will help people to help you most rapidly.
- suite version -when was it last updated
- OS windows / linux
- how much customisation -or is it ‘out of the box’ default (anything changed in Studio does not count as customisation)
Regards the specific situation, it’s good to let people know why this post was added, eg
- On a new install, I have hit a problem
- on an upgrade, a problem
- on trying to customise the code…
- when making a change (to suite / my server / PHP / etc) something broke
- on trying to understand how Suite works… on a feature that is new to me
Then for problems that users experience - info like:
- do all users have this - both admin users and Regular?
- does it occur in all modules or just some
Then tell people what you have done to try to solve it yourself - first let people know your tech knowledge
- As a user: I am new to Suite / used it for more than a year…
- As for tech knowledge I know none/some/lots of PHP: about mySQL… about hosting
I have tried this to solve it:
- I learned this from the logs: (logs info: The two logs you need to know – SuiteCRM In-depth – pgorod's collection of articles on SuiteCRM)
- I tried this … and that
- the error messages /logs I saw are:…
I have / don’t have a backup copy of the system: that still works and to compare files and settings with.
Hallo and thank you for the reply. you are absolutely right with what you wrote me. I will make it better the next time.
The problem is solved. The password was expired. I created a new one and the problem was gone. The only thing i was missing is: the login form could have told me that the passwort is expired. this note was missing.
