when I open a localhost/folder name to installing suitecrm8.0 its just opens a folder like this how can I install suitecrm on this because the public folder is also not opening

This is happening because of zip that you extracted it creates this folder
From the information you provided your crm address should be something like
localhost/hamza/SuiteCRM-8.2.1/public
