Had an event where a monitored email was flooded with undeliverable messages that in turn flooded our cases module last week. We are filtering the monitored email address and since have had no further flooding. Seems about at the same time we started to experience long load times of the Cases Module. It sits on “Loading page, please wait” for around 60-70 seconds straight now. Tried browsers and clearing cache, etc. Removed all undeliverable messages cases and then removed from DB as well. Checked the theme, repaired/rebuild, rebuilt inbound email accounts cache all to no effect on the module load time.
What could be causing this?
