First off let me explain my setup. I’m running SuiteCRM 7.7.4.
Currently the module that my team is using is Leads. Currently they’re logging everything under ‘calls’ however that is too time consuming and I’d like something more user friendly.
Here is what I’m trying to accomplish.
1- Enable comments using the comments module by youaddon
2- Add a custom field labelled ‘next follow up’ which I would like to show both in the list view and the calendar.
Also - I’m confused as to why a comments section is missing from SuiteCRM. Sounds like the most basic requirement and one that would make SuiteCRM/SugarCRM much more user friendly.
