Is there anyway i can make line breaks display in the notes subpanel in my custom module. The line breaks display in edit and detail view.
Which field type did you use in your custom module, for that field?
TextField or TextArea? This last one allows for multiple rows.
Sorry textarea, the subpanel does not show line breaks however edit and detail view do. Sorry for being abit unclear.
It’s ok. This leaves me without any suggestions, I don’t know why it works like that.
Maybe you could try seeing in the Browser’s Inspect window how the two fields are different (the ones that handle multi-line, and the ones who don’t).
But I’m afraid the problem is probably before, somewhere SuiteCRM is probably removing those linefeeds for some (not very good) reason…
