Is there anyway to make Letters from Suite CRM without using the PDF templates?
Like a Editor or something how use the account information?
I dont understand, if you dont want to print to pdf what do you need?

if you want to write individual letters, then just use the module of Dharma. The free version I’ve attached. You can create Word and OpenOffice documents. The Paid version includes subpanel and Custom Fields. Custom Modules created in Modulbuilder are full supported.

The User Guide should actually provide enough information.
In administration you have the possibility to select the modules for the mail merge is to be available.
In the module itself you can see the available variables to create a basic template. Customize the template and upload it again. Even you can use it in the individual modules.
I use already for 2 years and it works perfectly. For simple and complicated letter.
Do you need premium version to create custom templates?
Can you send me an example for custom template?
