Hi, I have set “lead conversion option” to “move” in system settings and when I convert a lead to lets say contact, the lead record still shows up in Leads module even though it should be moved. Why?
What do you mean? Did you move it from Studio→Leads?

I assume, you’ve set this setting:

That is for the activities (calls / tasks / meetings).
When you convert a lead, what should happen with the calls for instance. Should they be moved / copied to the contact or left untouched?
The lead will receive the status converted.
What you can do to delete your lead after converting them: Build a simple workflow to delete them:
