Leads Data Lost

Hello,

Please we have installed SuiteCRM hosted on godaddy and we already are using it for one year but suddenly we discovered that some lead records are missed and this situation is being happened many times till today… Can any one advice me what to do, even if I need to upgrade my server or upgrade the application, we have no problem.

You need to analyze what’s happening. Do you get any errors on screen when this happens? What about the logs, do they tell you anything?

If you go into the database, do you see the records there? When a record is deleted, it’s not really deleted, it is just marked with “deleted” field as “1”. These will be purged later. Maybe you can still find your data there with “deleted=1”.

And is your data really missing? It could be only a problem with the global search (the record is there, but the search index isn’t finding it). Try basic search, or searching from the Leads list view.
