Is the only way to add a Lead or Contact and have it appear under it’s associated account is to manually add it from the Account page? I imported our leads, and none of them are showing up under their Account. I also manually created a Lead outside of the Account and it’s not appearing under the Account.
How do I get this all to connect? I’ve been searching everywhere and coming up with nothing, but I feel like I’m missing something major as this should be simple and intuitive to set up. I would like to avoid re-importing if possible.

Importing leads wont directly get shown inside Accounts. As you have imported leads but there is no relationship to its account.
Also manuall creation of lead outside accounts, will be just an lead with no relationship to accounts.
You can create a custom script which will import the leads and if in Account Name in csv matches the CRM’s Account it will get related, Else Create a new Account and relate the lead to it.

Thanks for the info. Is there a way to assign or relate a Lead to an Account after it’s been created?
If some sort of relationship can be identified from the csv and accounts record, Custom script can help you to relate it.
Else manually you can always do.
