Language Pack - Error in installation procedure

Hi,
i installed SuiteCRM (Version 7.9.0 - Sugar Version 6.5.24 (Build 509)) on a VPS-Linux based with Apache and MySQL and I need to install Italian language.
I download package from here: https://crowdin.com/project/suitecrmtranslations and followed this tutorial: https://sites.google.com/site/translatingsuitecrm/faq/install_language but when i try to upload it.zip file in MODULE LOADER (from Admin->Module Loader), i receive blank page with 500 - Internal Server Error.

Can someone help me?

Probably you have a permission issue on your server.

Which type of “permission issue”?
In a specific file? in a directory?
