Language install error: Blank page when click the install button

We are evaluating new version because we had some problems with dates un Spanish, in the repports filtres with dates didn’t work., The other problem we had was with creating meeting from.calendar It permits to create meetings without full mandatpry fields, so I think these problems could be solved un newer versions.

Hi, thanks for your time.

I followed the steps from this page https://sites.google.com/site/translatingsuitecrm/faq/updatelanguage (without step 3 and 4 because I only have English language pack) to install the language pack (Chinese simplified) and when I finished upload the module, the next step should be click the install button, I clicked and then I got a blank page. The URL is like this:

http://www.example.com/Suitecrm/index.php?module=Administration&view=module&action=UpgradeWizard_prepare

I waited a long time but the page is still, nothing happened. My SuiteCRM version is 7.9.9.

Could you please help me on this? I don’t know what happened and there is no error codes or prompts. Thanks in advance.

I’m trying ti change the language to spanish, but it doesn’t works:

A- Download a language pack from https://crowdin.com/project/suitecrmtranslations
B. Go to Admin / Module Loader
C.- Upaload the package, it was detected as Spanish (Spain) Language Pack.
D.- Select Install.
E.- Only get a empty page, and this URL http://x.x.x.x/index.php?module=Administration&view=module&action=UpgradeWizard_prepare

It doesn’t work beacause is Beta version?

@afrugone, language packs need to match the SuiteCRM version. Is your language pack for 7.10 Beta3? I’m not sure these packs exist yet.

You might be better off asking in a new thread, mentioning translations and language packs, to see if Horus68 will answer you. He maintains the Crowdin site.

I’ve made a fresh install of 7.10.0.Beta3 and 7.9.9, then
Try to change language to spanish, I did the following:

A- Download a language pack from crowdin.com/project/suitecrmtranslations(Language pack version: 7.10.0.Beta3)
B. Go to Admin / Module Loader
C.- Upaload the package, it was detected as Spanish (Spain) Language Pack. version 7.10.0.Beta3
D.- Select Install.
E.- Only get a empty page, and this URL http://x.x.x.x/index.php?module=Administration&view=module&action=UpgradeWizard_prepare.

I tried with Mexican version and it works, so it’s a problem with the Es-es version file

I can’t reproduce your problem (using 7.9.9 - PHP Version 7.0.11 / mysql 5.7.17)
Spanish file installed and running perfectly

Please download again the language pack from https://crowdin.com/project/suitecrmtranslations

There is another topic with same problem as you… but:

I was able to install Chinese simplified language pack: installed and running perfectly

Please download again the language pack from crowdin.com/project/suitecrmtranslations

Now it works, downloaded today a new version of the file, different size, and it was installed with no problem.
