I am having problems understanding how to search for information in the AOK Knowledge Base.
I have followed the document which appears to be straightforward but when I search nothing shows.
How does SuiteCRM search the Knowledge base?
Could someone explain this to me?

when creating a ticket, you can directly look for KB articles:
Otherwise, the global search/advanced search should be able to search in KB Articles too.
