Is anyone using Joomla 3.x as customer portal for cases module?

Yes I’m running it successfuly on 3.10.12. and have been for years. However its obsolete.

Thank you so much for the reply. We tried to installed the add-on the Joomla 3.x but it is showing us only 500 error. I have updated code as suggested by pgr on the suitecrm joomla portal addon GitHub issues; but no luck.

Am I missing anything?

You have to troubleshoot the 500 error. Could be anything.

500 errors usually give a FATAL in php_errors.log which is very useful to troubleshoot
